Auto Tray Filling Conveyor is highly recommended for biscuit industries to fill the tray as per the number of biscuits in pile format. This solution is best suitable for round or square biscuits with proper shapes. The machine is specially designed for filling of trays up to 2 to 4 cavities by hopper and auto selection system, to reduce the manpower. Servo system with PLC & HMI makes it user friendly with easy operations. After filling, the trays can be transferred to the packaging machines. The speed can be varied up to 80 trays per minute according to the size of trays.
