In four sides sealing style packaging appearance is flat and seals the packet from all four sides. This is a handy packaging method for food products as well as non food products, but this type of packaging is mostly used in the pharmaceutical and cosmetics industry (e.g. Facial mask, herb plaster, wet tissue, sponge wipes, surgical bandages, surgical gloves etc).

PLC controlled with touch screen & password protection for the machine settings. Malfunction display through self-alarm with message.

Quick changeover for different size of products by adjusting the hand wheels (i.e. easy adjustment of width & height).

Easy to set different cutoff lengths by putting the desired value in HMI.

The Jaw Dwell & Side Tear Notch position can adjust in running condition. Also Euro hole provision is there with cutter.

There is a provision of Side seal edge trimming for clear up of side sealing burrs and auto scrap removal function.

Using AC induction motors with Variable Frequency Drive.

Highly sensitive double I Mark scanner to monitor the pouch length and the cutting position as well as matching of top and bottom wrapper. Also I-mark cutting position can be adjusted in running condition.

All touching parts are of SS 304.

End cutter and sealer have provision for single & double jaw system for high production.
